Moving in

From out of state, specifically a state that has no emissions inspection. A buddy of mine in NoCo has said from time to time that Co. can get pretty tough on emission inspections. Question I have is that I have a super charger on my 09 and am wondering if I am going to have any problems when I go to get it registered in Co.

Do you have all the emissions stuff still on?

35" or smaller tires?

What part of CO are you going to be in? Some parts dont have emissions...

Can you seriously not buy a larger tire than 35" in CO?

Is CO in America?

You can buy them and run them. the machines for the smog test wont accept them.
you just need to put 34" or smaller for testing then it's fine to go back to 35-40 - or whatever. No law against them.

Damn it!! All emission controls are still in place but I'm running 37's. Guess I'll have to see if I can rent a set of smaller tires.

Moving to the Springs area, Peyton specifically.

Thanks for the info.

Post up when you get ready and someone will probably have a set you can borrow
I run 35's myself and it's just part of the deal. No worries we have a good group here.

Will do.

Looking forward to getting settled there permanantly. Do to my job I'm only home for 5 weeks out of the year and I'm looking forward to NOT having to cram every trail run I can manage into such a short time.

Yep, got to love El Paso county for this! I can still remember when they dropped it back in my car days... it was like a second Independence day! lol

And yes, quite a few of us Springs guys around here.

Lol, yea. No more knowing "that dude" that could somehow make a blown 5.0 mustang with straight pipes pass inspection looking like a Honda CiVic. Always cost a couple bucks more Strangely enough.
