New from Highlands Ranch

What a great site – been prowling around for the last couple of weeks, ever since I bought my TJ. Total newbie when it comes to off-roading, can’t wait to find out what my jeep and I can do. Looking forward to tagging along on some of the more tame runs this summer.

Welcome... I'm in the same boat as far as being new to my TJ and novice offroading. Looks like I'm just a bit north of you in Englewood so I'd totally be up to hit some moderate trails with you

Thanks to all for the warm welcomes . Glad to see there are some fellow jeepers within just a few miles of me. I am way excited but plan and taking things slow. Have a 2” lift (not sure of the brand) and running 31x10.50x15, aftermarket bumper(s) /nerf bars, a few Hella Lights – will post pics soon. No new mods on the horizon until I figure out what my capabilities are, I figure I’d let that guide what mods are needed. Planning on concentrating on maintenance (not sure how up on things the PO was) and learning how to hit the trails safely. That being said can’t wait for the weather to turn and head up. Already started a list from TrailDamage.com; Bunce School Road, Pickle Gulch, Argentine Pass just to name a few

I'll be out there in a week and a half and I'm super pumped that there are so many people right in the same area. From what I've been seeing everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I'm pretty limited on experience and modifications and have also been focusing on trying to do maintenance. Otherwise I'm up for some easier trails, also hoping to let the them make my modification decisions.
