New owner in The Springs

Just picked up my first Jeep, already said hello over at Jeep-Forum but someone mentioned this forum had more activity from Coloradans.

Switched from STi to this so quite a leap; very new to Jeeps to off roading but looking forward to hitting some trails with everyone and learning some stuff.

I'll check it out, thanks for the welcome! I see you are both in the springs, recommend any place to get keyless entry and remote start installed? Got a quote from car toys, 1100 bucks...I'll do it myself for that. Went to Best Buy and they quoted 350 before parts which seems low.

Haha, well that's a solution! Ok so here's a question, any trails around here I can hit this weekend that I don't need to be an expert to drive.

Go up old stage rd. There's a few back there but last I checked it was closed due to flooding. You might be able to get to it on the cripple creek side which is old gold camp rd.

Welcome to the forum . You'll soon find out that this is a great group of people. This was my first year and so far I've had a blast! They'll teach you everything you want to know. How to take the right lines is a biggie Very helpful group and you will learn a lot. See you on the trails.

Tried to get to old stage rd via gold camp, from two sides of gold camp. Then gave up and drove home and drank beer and watched football...
