315 and 318 are the fun ones. I'm not a fan of the guys who go drink and shoot at the range on 315

Neither am I Justin. Which sucks cause where we like to camp is off 315, one being right there right when you hit 315 on the north end of Mt. Herman Rd.

Yeah, 315 is a really fun little trail. When I'm coming up on the spot where they shoot, if I hear gunshots, I lean on my horn... Gets me some funny looks sometimes but I want to make sure that they know I'm there

Actually, it's not a bad range, good backstop, and the direction is well away from the trail. I just get concerned that someone might get a little creative with what they are shooting at.

My favorite part of that trail is the cattle that hang around down by the creek. It's fun because they really don't mind you being there. Kind of like the deer up here on top of the hill. They just look at you and when the spirit moves them they get out of the way

My favorite trails up there are 323,4, and 5, which all interconnect. They really cleaned them up a couple years ago but now they are starting to deteriorate again so they are getting to be more fun. You can pick up the old Ice Cave trail where 323 and 324 connect and that's fun too. That is where I go to chill, it is so quiet and peaceful when you get back in there.

You will have to show me those ones. It's so easy to get turned around up there I'm afraid I'll get lost. Don't think I've ever seen 323,4, and 5

They are just a couple miles north of 318 on the Range Road. Mention Ice Cave Road to your Dad, he'll know where that is.

Just got some changes done to the Jeep. New Windshield frame and a charcoal Bestop Supertop with full soft doors!

Now I need to wash it lol. But next step is a new center console and a 2.5"-3" lift on it.

Hey hey, another YJ...saweet. I rode with these crazies last weekend, mine is mostly stock with same tires as u have. Did well, this weekend I am putting on 31's. You will do great. BTW how much did the windshield frame cost? Mine has some rust, only rust on the whole rig, was thinking of trying to repair it, but heck I don't know. Hint, get a cb, so you can hear what the others are saying about you...lol

@Wanderlust: haha I know I know. Just need gas money now. My bday is next week and the parentals asked what I wanted, mainly asked for a lift kit lol.

@YJ: hit me up sometime. Yj's gotta stick together :P um I bought the frame from FN Jeep for like $80 and would have installed it myself but had three stripped screws that we couldn't get off. Took it to predator to do the work and it cost me my damn tax refund -.- that was supposed to be my lift money, but needed a new frame in order to mount the soft top bracket. x.x

So not on here enough, when's the next run? This weekend is pre-bday weekend, not sure what the plans are yet. Who knows what the BFF has planned.

I am going to start checking out the trails up on the rampart pretty soon. As soon as they look doable I'll post a run for up there.

Too bad you missed the run in Manchester Creek last Sunday, it was a real blast. But spring is just springing so we'll have lots of runs to look forward to.

Okay, I looked at it -.-

Um, let me ask you this. I'm in a stock YJ and newer to 4-wheeling. Can I do that trail? My dad might be going with me and he's been 4-wheeling for a long time, but if I am alone, can I do that trail do you think?
