Not happy with 4wparts

So I'm looking at my receipt from the march madness sale they charged me 25 dollars for an extreme warranty that I didn't accept. Charge me 7.50 for freight when they ship free to stores nation wide. Didn't even give me the discount on my quick disconnects. After going in once am told to wait a week and come back and I doubt it will even be in when I go again. I will never shop at 4 wheel parts again they do this shit all the time.

I'm sorry about your experience but I've bough a center console, and a bumper n two different transactions and had great experience. Was Not charged freight or shipping cause I had them shipped to the 4wheelParts store. I've been there n other occasions and they're always super helpful and nice to me.
They probably just had a legit error in your case, just follow up with them. Hope they can help you

They were definitely shipped to the store. I have bought many items from there before, and have had trouble with my orders not showing up. It justs feels like they did it intentionally to make up for the sale price and add more money for a higher sell price.

There's always other shops that install lifts.
Doesnt 4WheelParts charge and arm and a leg anyway?

I think this is a general issue with merchants, I always check my receipts and my fast food, cause I swear incompetence or hidden fees run rampant these days. I have been overcharged for beer at the LQ or this tax and that hat tax...arghhhhh I totaly understand your frustration.

Mike your fine to buy from 4wp if you want to just check the receipt just like you should with anyone else. I wouldnt have anyone else other than me install my lift but that's me. there are some other real good shops around that will give you good service and pricing. check this guy out. his shop is in Longmont but he's top notch and a great guy to deal with. I can't recomend anyone else.

Dude I feel you. Every time I have gone there it seems as if I'm inconveniencing them by wanting them to ring stuff up for me or ask for help on certain items. I won't go there for anything anymore. I am going to buy my lift from else where and install it myself. Screw that place.

Yeah other than all this they are fine. It's just they've done it to me too many times now. If my quick disconnects aren't in tomorrow that's my deciding factor.

I ordered a Cold Air Intake and 2 different LED light fixtures from 4WheelParts during last weekends "March Madness Sale." Got an email from them on Tuesday saying "item(s)" I ordered were on backorder.

Why have a SALE on items that are not even in stock? Would you be happy if you went into Sears to pick up some tools that are advertised as being on sale and then find out they are out of stock? I suppose it is possible that 4WP had 3 - 4 of my "backordered" item(s) and sold them before I made my order......

I cancelled my order this afternoon (I hope) and will shop elsewhere for my toys/tools.

Enjoy.

You know Justin, Predator is very good about their pricing. They generally match Quadratec prices within a few pennies. Not saying that if you do a lot of shopping around you might get something cheaper, but you can go there knowing that you will not be gouged. Jerry, the owner, is good people. We drove by his place on the way out to the trail last weekend.

i have, bought my CB stuff through them and they tuned it as well (for free). im going through them for my 4" BDS kit as well more than likely. maybe my metal cloak fenders if i can get them. the only bad thing i can say about them is that i went in there looking for a fuel tank skid since mine is rusted to hell and they tried to sell me a $300 genright one, im just going to get the $180 warrior one from quadratec lol

I think it depends on the store and the people working there. I've had no problems with the 4WP Denver store on Federal Blvd. I have heard good things about Predator. Talked to them today about a winch I need repaired. They were very friendly and helpful.

The 4wp off of academy is pretty bad I have to say. I use to get good service from one guy there but I never see him anymore. I waited for my cai for about 2 months for it to be delivered. I go to Preditor now or shop online at jt's they have pretty good prices

Never been a fan of 4wp either. I think their prices are crap and at the time when I use to go some of those guys knew jack and s$%t. I did March madness one time and specifically told them to ship my parts to the store for pick up and they sent to the house charging me frieght when there was noone home to even accept the package.

I'm still pretty new to Jeep's and getting parts for them, but I used 4WP off of Federal and I had no issues with them, they were pretty helpful, prices weren't bad and everything got done in a reasonable amount of time, I'm probably going to take it back when I get my lift and Winch, but where is this Preditor place? I've never heard of it before now
