Odd Request

Alright.. So as some of you all know.. I'm a single father to a special needs child.. Well.. With that being said.. Things are financially tight. I am currently stuck in a position where I need to find my son, my Dog and I a place to stay for a month or two.. Does anyone know of some CHEAP places to rent north Denver? 2 br.. Just need it for 1-2 months..

Thanks,

RDM

Chris,
I'd look into some of the extended stay hotels in the area. When I moved back out to CO I stayed in 1 for 2 months while I looked for a place I liked, it ran like $150/ week...I haggled with them. This time of year low tourism a lot of places struggle to fill the rooms.
EVERYTHING is included TV, utilities, internet, usually a small kitchen and the one I stayed allowed Hercules to stay, one housekeeper even offered to walked him for me. And they will clean up for you.
John

! Id look at other hotels then...talk to the manager not front desk. Managers understand his quota and need to fill rooms. Tell them your situation and tell them it's at least a 1 month filled room. Another option may be something like priceline.com etc.

Try Apartment Guide:
Denver Apartments - Rent Apartments in Denver, CO

One of these places could get you past 2 months if needed.

Try VRBO® is Vacation Rentals By Owner . We use this sight to find places when we ski. You can find some small condos for pretty reasonable rates. Good luck.

When David and I were inbetween places we stayed at Windham hotels for the month, was a total of $400 and included a small kitchen with stove, microwave, all utensils and plates/cups, and dishwasher. But that was down south near Arapahoe Rd.

Sometimes it's what life requires. I'm about 95% for selling my jeep. Practicality is weighing heavy at the moment and 4 doors and a back seat are needed.

Life's a bitch. It's what makes it awesome.
