Seriously though I wouldn't rule out Colo. Springs based on Ft. Carson. CS is really not what I would call a military town. Ft Carson is only a modest player in the overall economy. UC Colo has a campus there and Colorado College is a fine arts college so there are likely good opportunities for digital media type jobs. Many really nice places to live up the canyon and on the back side of Pikes Peak.
This!

eboven, sounds like you got the right idea man

G-Mike, thanks. Perhaps I will reconsider the CS area. Perhaps.

Fullspool, feel free to ASSUME whatever you like. I do mention my buddy a [space] lot. Does that make you uncomfortable? Lol, na man I'm just messin with ya. He is my best friend, who is really stuck in a bad spot in CA and can't get out alone. He has saved my life more than once, and I owe him a good bit. Beyond that, I also need a new view from my window. =)

I really believe the springs has a great blend. We are right next to the national forest and the plains. Little downtown. Great brewery scene. That said I really like Fort Collins but I can't find a job up there.
