some sweet trail camping spots

My cousin is coming is to Colorado and and im planning a camping trip with some friends that got back from college for the summer and like the title says im looking for some sweet camping spots off of trails.

I have a stock jeep and none of my friends have crazy rigs so moderate rated trails and easy trails in cool areas would be preferred

Im willing to drive an hour maybe 2 if its a cool place, and im in littleton so telluride or Ouray is out of the question sadly along with rampart.

please post some ideas, Thanks

Buffalo Creek has some nice camping spots. From the Springs I take 67 north to Deckers. I think the route from Denver is 285. It's also a good spot to see how a burn area (Hayman, Buffalo Creek and another - I forget) can recover. Lots of mountain bikers (or not, depending on the time of week). There's also a nice pay campsite at Wellington Lake. We went on a Sunday / Monday and had the whole place to ourselves.
