TJ Soft Top Conversion

So I got a factory soft top for free today and wanted to find out where to get the hardware to attach the bow to the bars. Not sure exactly what they look like or where to find them. Is there anything else I need besides the tailgate bar to convert my hardtop to a soft top?

Thanks!

You'll need the door surrounds, tailgate bar and retainer clips to hook the soft top from flapping around (though you don't necessarily need them), windshield header bar, and the soft top frame. Just about any online store will have them; Quadratec, 4WD (though I wouldn't recommend), or look on Craigslist. It's where I got door surrounds and my tonneau cover for less than $80.

Ok cool, have the header bar, soft top frame, going to check out door surrounds Tuesday and have tailgate bar. Need to find the hardware to attach the frame to the jeep that is the biggest problem I have now, I don't know what it looks like or exactly what it is called.

Do you not have the bracket about midway up the roll bar that has two tabs sticking out towards the rear of the Jeep? If it is a factory soft top you don't need the wind shield header.

I don't it was a factory hardtop and I need those brackets... It is a factory soft top so I figured I wouldn't need the windshield header but I also have a bikini top so I got the bolt in header as well.

Any idea where to get those brackets? A link would be awesome!

FNJeep in the springs would have all the parts you will need. Used so it don't cost a bunch.
