Too Soon?

When is too soon to start planning next sundays trip? Let's try and make it up north and hit some Boulder trails. Anyone interested we can go early again and still be home in time for the Superbowl.

Hey mo, there are many trails just above boulder. If you want we can go to Nederland and hit Caribou which is at an old mining townsite. it only takes about an hr to get there another hr or so to drive it so 3-4 hrs total there and home. Let me know.

Its not "that" bad lol...from what i remember there are ways around the heavy sections. I've never run the trail myself, was just with someone else through it...

maybe plane crash? I've never done that nor seen it so i'm not sure if there are ways around it but the story around the trail is cool...

Slaughterhouse is too far for this weekend for me. it's real short from what I hear. I think mo1416 wants to do something close to the house. Middle saint vrain is not "that bad" it is probably somthing that a new Jeeper would probably be ready for after a few trips and gets a good feeling of where the "lines" are to get through them. Especialy for a stock vehicle. so Mike, if you want to go on Sunday there are a couple of options that will get your whistle wet and improve your wheeling skills. Caribou is good. Rollins Pass is a good one. and they both have some great views to enjoy. they are Both just outside of Nederland which is above Boulder. I havnt been up there this winter so I am not real sure what the snow is like.

I just check them out on traildamage and they look cool. I think I should wait a few trips before trying middle st vrain though at least untill I upgrade my tires in a couple of weeks.
