Ah I know it isn't over but it's nice to get a day like today thrown into the mix. I'm not done with the slopes yet so it better still snow!

I had a soft top on all winter, too. I looked into getting a hard top before winter started and I realize that the soft top does just as well. The heat is volcanic and no matter how cold it was outside I was nice and toasty.

I don't even own a hardtop. Broken zipper on the rear window. Lol.

Hey! I have the same zipper!

Mine is my dd but I'm hoping down the line when I get a newer rig I can mod my current ride out. It'll be nice to be able to play in the back country and not have to worry about if something breaks and you have to run around trying to fix it before having to go to work the next morning.

Looks a lot bigger. I remember throwing 33's on my Jeep two weeks after I got it. It was such an improvement over the stock size. I was so happy and proud of my "bigger" tires.

After two weeks of having them they suddenly became way too small. *sigh*

That's how it was when I was living in Vegas. For three months out of the year I had to keep the top up because it would get to 115°-120° and you would get awfully crispy if you didn't run the a/c. For the other 9 months it was top down, baby!

I'm stoked, next week I'll be driving out to Vegas for a few weeks and this time of the year is perfect top down weather!

Saw a Jeep yesterday with no doors and a bikini top on. Got so jealous, as I may only get to take the doors off this year

I've been driving mine around with top and doors off for the last month. Been a few cold days but it's worth it! The drive into work today was very invigorating!

Also that's a spiderweb shade. Does a pretty good job negating the wind/snow. Ain't no tarp!!

It's fantastic...like, fantastic lol.

The gas i save with the mirage is awesome and its nice to not worry about the jeep at all when i'm out lol.

Plus, now it just sits all pretty in the garage with no top or doors so whenever i drive it its topless

Didnt take much for me to turn mine into a non dd...bought my mirage for 650 bucks and just did a little tuneup to it. Also got all new tires and a few other things for it. Currently only about 1000 bucks into it with the price of the car.

I've been thinking about going that way. But the thought of a shiny new tow rig has got me paying extra on the jeep payment.

Happy to help. Daniel thinks I should look at the RK lifts. Question is short or long in my mind.
