Trailer needed for '02 Wrangler

I need to buy or have made a trailer that can use 33" tires ( I have to have the clearance and would prefer it to match the height of my '02 TJ that has a 4" lift). Wrangler width and 4'-5' long. Short sides is fine and i don't need a drop gate. I will paint to match. Any suggestions? Im in Colorado Springs. The trailer must hold 400 lbs (water tank). Thanks in advance.
