Tube bender?

I'm curious if anyone close to Denver area has a tube bender I can use for an hour or so this weekend.

Just some tubing. My new rear bumper is basically just a frame cap and I want to bend some tubing that will follow the shape of the bottom of the rear panels and gusset it to the frame to add protection to the corners from rocks as they'll be wide open to getting crushed.

If you've ever seen the rear bumper on Jeff at Rokmen's JK, that's where I got the idea from. His tubing is gusseted to the frame and looks like it will take a pretty substantial hit and protect the bottom of the corners
