Twin cone Sat 23 (barring conditions)

Looking for a run on Saturday and would really like to do twin cone again. Anyone have any insight on if it is currently passable?

I don't have any current info but my guess would be that anything above 11,000 is going to have significant snow. Also another storm due Wed-Thursday this week. Just my 2 cents.

Yea, that's my concern. a lot of the trail is above 11000. It tops out at 12350. Might have to think of another trail.

Probably a good idea. It actually started snowing up here about 2 weeks ago so there's probably plenty up there to cause issues. I'll head up there with you in June-July though.

Me too. You are talking about north twin cone in Jefferson? I was going to head there now but may wait till Saturday for a group. I just came off a side trail of Saints John I found. Deer creek saints john trails are gated due to spring runoff. Tim

I guess lol... I didn't know there was another twin Cone. Don't let the thread title confuse you though. It was for February, and I was just bumping it for trail condition update. I'll set up another thread with an actual date on it when I've got a better idea when. I'm thinking possibly Sunday though
