Whoa. As my aunt once told me. Cars can be replaced. People can't. Glad you're ok.

Im glad nobody got permanently hurt.

But even temporary pains suck.

Hate to hear about the Jeep.

Who go the citation (in other words, which insurance company is paying)?

No such thing. make sure you at least get all your goodies off of it. Just let me know if you need me to come down there to pull parts because it doesn't sound like you'll be able to any time soon.

I honestly don't know if they stopped. I got the ticket which sucks. I'm going to try my hardest to get everything I can from it. Don't think I can take anything that's physically attached. Thinking about starting over with a Rubi Lj.

I'd buy it back from the insurance company. pull some parts and sell the rest. But that's me.
Main thing is you get going again and heal your bones!

One thing too... perhaps there was someone that the cops talked to for a witness statement? If they can collaborate your story, perhaps there are some cameras nearby that recorded it or the guy leaving the scene... in which case you *could* have a case.

Failure to control. They'll give you that if you spin out in the snow and don't hit a single thing.

No seat belt was on the road maybe 1 minute total. Not sure what broke me. Definitely was ejected out the roof.
