I was reading someone's build and they moved the blinker onto the front of the grill

CJ style is the best option IMO.

I originally used metal cloaks little dime size LED, personally I didn't like it didn't feel it provided enough light especially in daylight hours. I went to AutoZone and bought the four LED strip that you see in the picture mounted it onto the front of the flare. And I have both wired together so they work, did, however, use metal Cloak's side marker light. If I were to do it all over again I would just went to the auto parts store bought the LEDs I wanted and mount them basically as I did. Cheaper and more light.
Think it was already mentioned but you could mount them in your grill like the JK's do.

Let me know when your doing yours if I got time id like to help if I can, to learn. Thinking about getting new fenders eventually. Right now mine sits how yours was when we went out. Looks better in my opinion then just stock.

I just got mine to do this, need to find time this weekend to get those and my LED taillights installed. I agree with Sinister6 the dime sized ones I got with my MC fenders aren't adequate for low/daytime light but work ok at night. The side markers are ok for night though. See the pics below.

This one is with the blinker and side markers at night, don't ask how may pictures I took before I got the blinker while it was lit...

Justin,

Let me know when you get ready to do it and I'll help you. I really like them and they can be seen from the side so I didn't do any front side marker lights.

Terry

That'd be awesome Terry. I will definitely take you up on that offer. Should I just get the stuff online or a jeep dealer?

I ended up getting mine off of e-bay for a good price. You could check the dealer but I think they may be pricey.

Check SUPERBRIGHTLEDS.com here on WF. I got my rock lights from them, great price, excellent quality and shipping was fast!

Haven't had any trouble with these in my TJ, I did have to change out the flasher unit, LED has less resistance so it was blinking to fast, other than that I'm happy with them.

Thanks Terry!

I went out last night and got the butt connectors and shrink wrap for the wiring. I'll make a template so both sides are the same and take my time so that they look right

If I run into any issues I'll let you know.
