Wheeler Lake 9-1-13

Ok then........Wheeler Lake is a great trail! there is another group thats going up early but I truly believe that days off should be enjoyed and sleeping in is sure enjoyable!
So that being said lets meet at Morrison Road and C470 Conoco at 10AM

I may be there...... Today was an epic hangover headed out to camp now... Tomorrow will either be trough/sidewinder or I'll join for this one..... I assume you'll be at the trailhead around 11:30?

Had a blast. I counted 20 jeeps at that lake. Lol. Got some cool shots and Ill get them up in the morning.

It started raining pretty good about an hour after everyone left. Hung out at that mine and waterfall for a bit. that trail was AWESOME!! I had some fish at the Fairplay Hotel, got home around 9:30 What a great day. TY everyone for the group. Srry no pix.

Damn that looked like fun! I really wish I could have gone. At what point does it get to be too many Jeeps for one trail?

I have done Wheeler Lake yet...How late in the season can it be run?
