Wheeling in January

Other than freezing, what is the wheeling situation like in and around Eagle County? I am coming in for new years and the first week of January and would like to go out on the trail at least once while I am there.

If you can make it down to Buena Vista some guys from our club always do Chinaman's Gulch on New Years day.

I would say 33's and at least a locker in the rear. I've seen it done with less, but not without some damage. Great trail. I just got home from wheeling it today. It rocked!
