I have a buddy in town and would like to get out somewhere close to Denver. He's never been wheeling, so I at least want to hit LHC, but would like to hit something different. If anyone has any ideas for Saturday or Sunday, post up. Got some new sliders to test out.

I'd be down for a Sunday run if we get something going... There is still a lot of snow up here in the high country, we got nearly 2 feet from that last storm. I was thinking of checking out the Central City area - anyone been out around there recently?

Ran LHC a couple of weeks ago and it was very busy.
Not sure what Bill Moore lake is like with all the recent snow but its a fun run. I'd be down to check it out.

Maybe backcountryislife can post up some conditions since that's his back yard.

I'm in for whatever on Sunday. I have a bumper/tire carrier to install tomorrow and then I'm ready, with no worry of my rear tailgate falling off. Front coming next week.

Chad, haven't seen the 8.8 in person yet, can't wait.

Definitely want to hit Big Momma if we do LHC. Just looked at pics of Bill Moore Lake. Looks fun if its open.

I'd probably be in for Sunday if you're running Idaho Springs-area or Boulder-area. LHC is usually pretty clear. I've done Yankee Hill in the snow, as well as Bill Moore Lake and Red Elephant in the snow. Let me know the trail and meeting time and I should be a go.
