I will try to come because there is an abandoned train tunnel that I have always wanted to see that's not too far away from there.
I have mentioned it to all the guys that were out this past Saturday on a facebook group called "5 Mile Pass - Wheeling"
Do you know what time and where the party will meet?

Our Jan. day trip to Little Moab for tomorrow is cancelled due to lack of interest. Hopefully we can get a few more people interested in going out next month.

39° 59' 55.64", -112° 1' 34.83" Enter this on google maps and it shows you right where it is. Went there over new years.

I live in Richfield and would like to wheel whenever I can. Planning on EJS and camping out. I'm too frugal for a hotel...LOL. Went last year and loved it.

We are generally in Richfield for Memorial weekend. It has been a family outing on my wife's side for the past ten years or so now. We stay at the KOA, Ray and Laura are awesome and take good care of us. We sold our quads last year after building the new Jeep so this year we will more than likely just take the Jeep on the Paiute trails and do some exploring. We still want to keep the tradition alive even though we don't have the quads anymore.

Thanks for posting this. Your coordinates actually work! (my GPS recognizes the place and would take me there)

I am up in Logan, but am always looking for people to run trails with, especially Moab. I try and hit it 6-8 times each year. Let me know if there is a run that is coming up.

So how about a lunch get together in Salt Lake and then a run down to Little Moab next Saturday Feb 16th? A few of us are already onboard and it would be great to meet more of the Utah forum members.

Also, to all my fellow Utah peeps. If you need some 4 door Mopar Rock Rails i have some for sale.

A brand new set of Mopar factory rubicon rock guards. These are factory take offs. I have chosen to get some with side steps instead. These rock guards are heavy duty and extremely tough. Weigh over 40lb each and list for $367! These guards will fit any 4 door wrangler from 07-2013 from Sport to Rubicon. They come with factory mounting hardware and can be installed in less than half hour. 1st $200 takes them and I can help in install them in the garage in 20 minutes. Thanks- Jake

Here is a link to them on Mopar's Website, where you can check the vehicle applications to see if they will fit your Jeep.

You mentioned that there was a facebook group dedicated to 5 mile pass wheelin? I searched and couldn't find. Any other details? My wife and i, 2 bro-in-law's, father-in-law and uncle (5 jeeps) are normally out there every Sunday. Let me know, if possible.

The group is actually UTAH JEEPCREW. The 5 mile thing was just 1 event. there is about 130 members and usually somebody goes out every other week. Search for it and I'm sure you'll find us.

Is next Saturday March 16th already? I must have lost a month somewhere. That abandoned train tunnel looks awesome! I'll have to go find that one. Thanks for the coordinates!

So the plan for next Saturday - February 16th, is to meet for lunch at Dickeys Barbecue in South Jordan - 683 W 106 South at 11:00. After lunch we will meet at the Chevron on Redwood and Main in Lehi at 12:30 to fill up and then decide what everyone wants to do around the Little Moab area.

I may be up for this. It depends on a few things at work that are up in the air right now but I would love to join. I've never been out to Little Moab so I would love to come out with you guys and have you all "show me the ropes".

Great we look forward to meeting you guys. I think we have 6 or 7 jeeps committed so far and 2-3 that think they will be able to make it.
