Why is that? The only two things I can do without is mud and tight trees where I will scratch the hell out of it. After the last buff job I don't know how much clear is left on the paint.

I'd be down to go to a meet and greet. I'd love to meet some more Jeep owners around here as I am new to the community.

I would definitely be in for a group trip to moab. We have a place we can sleep some additional people down there as well

We are actually heading out in the morning for Zion NP and Bryce NP for a week. I would like to try to sneak in a trail or two around Hurricane in between our National Park sightseeing. I hear Milt's Mile is a good one or one called West Rim. Do either of those sound familiar to anyone? Is there one that anyone would recommend?

Thanks.

Mike.

Well.... then we wont do that one..... we have to cross a river, then there is also alot of trees ( my hard top got scratched like no other!!!!! ) then there is a couple mud pits, one being about 20 feet long with a pretty abrubt ending that you have to pray you can crawl out of

Maybe I am a wuss then but I think I will bow out of that run. I have had enough scratches for a while. One of the guys we went with in Moab on Hey Joe Canyon scratched his so badly that the glass even got scratched. I had never seen that before.

Yeah I'm pretty certain that black magic stuff will take care of the hard top, but other than that and cleaning off all the mud once you get up there its BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Mud has its way of creeping into the funniest places. Its fun to power-wash the inside to get it out.

Hey guys, just joined after buying a new JK. Currently completely stock and likely to stay that way for a while as it is my DD. However, do still want to have some fun with it ... just without potentially breaking it. If anyone has any trails that would suit this level of play can you let me know please?

Just took it out for the first time last week around the flatter parts of five mile, and then through skyline in provo/springville and loved it! Can't wait to get out in it again.

Skyline is a beautiful trail and I always do it in the fall for photos. We can make a run there this fall if you wanna go back.
If you're in Eagle Mountain, Rattlesnake/constrictor & Lil Moab are not far from you. Those would be a great place to go. American Fork Canyon is also a fun place to play with many trails.

By the way, I haven't been to Rattlesnake coz I'm yet to find it. I usually drive around for hours looking for it (after giving up on wrong coordinates) then go mudding next to Utah lake.
Watch out for bullying cops out there, I once got a $120 ticket for "off-roading irresponsibly" because of how dirty my jeep was when I got back to the paved road.

I'm tellin' ya, one day I will be happy to lead you to it. Once you see how easy it is to find, you'll wonder how you ever missed it in the past. (I'm sure I'm not the only one willing to head out there with you.)

would you recommend rattlesnake, constrictor and little moab for a stock DD though?

Either way I think I may be out of commission for a while. Went up Israel Canyon last night and got a puncture that can't be repaired. Now need to save $200 for a new spare, and have unfortunately given the wife sufficient ammo to glare at me for even mentioning taking the jeep offroad again haha.
