That's a pretty cool idea.
Only one I can come up with at the moment is bacon wrapped in bacon served on a pillow of bacon.

I've done that before but I perfer my bacon separate. But I get my bacon from a butcher so it's always thick cut hardwood smoked and peppered. Which doesn't mix well with cooking in a pancake

I've made pancakes and bacon separate then flash fried the pancakes in super hot bacon grease. only take a few seconds per side and they get just a bit crispy...love it.

I do the same, but add some jumbo Prawns after the bacon has cooked on one side. Sometimes, an "over easy" egg on top of the finished Pancake! Now I'm hungry! Think I will go make some!!

I couldn't make it past the "eggs fried hard" part.

That would make bacon cry!

I like waffles with bacon inside - the little holes trap more butter and syrup and maximize cholesterol absorption. It just don't get any better'n that!

Bacon. Pancakes. I am for it! Doesn't matter the recipe to me as long as they are both on my plate.

They tell me I am not supposed to have bacon (had heart attack) because of fat, cholesterol and sodium. But I cant figure why they serve it for breakfast in the cardiac ward in the hospital.
But the idea sounds tasty.

I add bacon bits to my waffle mix before I throw it in the waffle maker.

Tabber, I'm with you on the runny eggs. Not for me. But damn if I don't love French toast and bacon. Jesus, I'm drooling now.

Here's a recipe for healthy bacon. Also known as a way to justify eating bacon to a health professional, should you have the misfortune to have that problem:

Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon:

6 slices thick-cut bacon (I buy em from a meat market; they're almost like steaks)
2 Tbs butter
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 sweet onion, diced
liberal dose of onion powder, garlic powder, and chipotle chile powder

Cook bacon till crispy, remove from pan and drain on paper towels. In same pan w/bacon fat, melt butter over med-high heat. Add onions and sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, till sprouts are golden brown, 8-10 mins. Add seasoning and toss with crumbled bacon.

See, that's where you're thinking is, well, flawed. I used to have the same mindset. I thought sprouts were junk, I'd never eat em, no way. And then...bam! Throw bacon into the mix.

Hey, you know what? Try it, like it or hate it.
