3rd Annual Dick Hannah “No Roads Required” Off-Road Show

It is officially a go! We have the date, time and location for the 3rd Annual Dick Hannah Jeep Off-Road Show with the proceeds going to the Yacolt Burn Project.

Date: Sunday, October 7th, 2012

Meeting Time: 10:00am
Depart Time: 10:30am

Meeting Location:
Starbucks
11211 NE 4th Plain Blvd
Vancouver, WA 98662

Please bring your own chairs, and water (5 hours is a lot of walking around time). You are also welcome to bring a popup shade cover.

This event will be just as big as Dick Hannah’s Past Events. There will be lots of cool stuff with all of the proceeds going to the Yacolt Burn Project in SW Washington to open more trails.

They are clearing the lot so we will have plenty of room and they are expecting over 100 Jeeps.

There will be a RTI Ramp, BBQ, Raffle, Music, Vendors, and more!!!!
This is a great event for a great cause. There will be many sponsors this year bringing their products, and they are working on getting a MASSIVE number of giveaways. They are going to be asking for a donation this year (same as in the past years, the donation price will be posted shortly), but it all goes to the Yacolt Burn Project in SW Washington and they are going to provide food, music, and many chances to win stuff. You won't be disappointed. (The donation is not required, but they would sure appreciate the help with this upcoming ORV area.)

So let’s make sure we let everyone in our social circles and contact lists know about this event,
and help drum up as much support as we can!

If you or someone you know can donate anything towards the raffle prizes, it would make this event even better and help raise more funds towards the Yacolt Burn Project.
Also, if you or someone you know is interested in attending as a vendor, please contact me at: dfjennings68@gmail.com let me know. We want to get as many people involved, connected and up to speed.

The flyer and a link to the registration page will be up shortly!

Sounds like a cool event. Hopefully, I will be in town and able to attend. Is there a website that I can go to for more info on the Yacolt Burn Project? I did a google search and it mostly comes up with older info on other message boards. Thanks!

The PistonsWild Club About Pistons Wild - Page A and a few other clubs have been working with the Washington DNR Yacolt Burn State Forest and the Pacific Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association to develop trails in the Yacolt Burn Forest area since 2010. Pacific Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association. There is also a Facebook site maintained by Pistonswild now for this project: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Yacol...s/245300873634.

Hope this helps.

1st Annual Fast Specialties “No Roads Required” Off-Road Jeep Show

A few things have changed, but we still have a show. It is now called the 1st Annual Fast Specialties Off-Road Jeep Show "No Roads Required" with the proceeds going to the Yacolt Burn Project.

Date: Sunday, October 7th, 2012

Start Time: 10:30am
End Time: 4:00pm

Location:
Fast Specialties
1200 N.E. 95th St.
Vancouver, WA 98665

This Event is the replacement for the former “Don’t Fear the Jeeper” show that Dick Hannah Jeep has put on for the past 2 years. The show will be just like the past Jeep shows with a RTI ramp, BBQ, Vendors, Music, Raffle Drawings and more. It is also a great way to bring all Jeep enthusiasts together for a day of fun at one location.

This is a great event for a great cause. There will be many vendors this year bringing their products. They are asking for a $10 donation, but it all goes to the Yacolt Burn Project in SW Washington. You won't be disappointed. (The donation is not required, but they would sure appreciate the help with this upcoming ORV area.)

To register please go to: https://www.facebook.com/fastspecialties

If you would like to attend this event with a group of other Jeepers, Please see the post at: SW Washington & NW Oregon Group

Well today is the big day, we are expecting over 100 Jeeps to attend. They have over $1000 in Raffle Prizes to give away to some lucky winners. If this show turns out to be a success. We might have a shot at holding it the P.I.R (Portland International Speedway) next year with a bigger budget and more big name vendors to turn out and donate prizes.

Hope to see everyone out there, and don't forget to give the RTI ramp try.

See that front tire of his? That was the only thing that kept him from going over.

You have a pretty nice set up on your JKU man. Breaking 1000 on that thing is awesome.

I scored 1143 I can remove about 3/4" of bump stop from the rear and cut some more of the wheel well to get a touch more. Thinking about adding some shocks for an 8" lift too. I don't need the up travel and could use the droop.
