Anybody know of any good trails in the Bend/Redmond area? I live in Portland and lookin to do a run on the next dry weekend. I hate cleaning mud off the jeep.

Head out century drive towards mt. Bachelor and take a left on forest road 41, trails out there for miles, that road will take you down into sunriver if you follow it.

Hello. New to this forum and new to Central Oregon. I am interested in talking to members in the Bend area, especially someone with experience in SBC engine swaps. I have an 84 Scrambler that is like most Jeeps, going to be getting some upgrades. Again just wanted to say hello.

It has not snowed a lot up there yet. We have never run Edison before. What time you thinking?

Fiance and I are looking to move to Oregon in March next year. Going up this weekend to check out different places but definitely interested in Redmond, Bend, Salem, Kaizer, or Beaverton. If we end up moving to the Central area, we are definitely down to join up with you guys for some runs.

SWR meter. There is a small radio shop in Madras at the north end of town on 97. It's in an old gas station and it says "CB's installed", in the widow. Maybe they can do it.
