Crusher Run Oct. 12

So me and Drholiday are going to run the lower part of the Crusher from bottom to top and probably the upper loop also. Anyone with 35's+ and at least one locker is welcome to come tag along. Or if you want to watch more then welcome to come. Be meeting at Rodgers Day Use area at 0900, and leaving around 0930.

Body damage, and damage under your rig is likely. My belly pan is caved in from a previous crusher run just so you all know what your be getting your self into.

I ran the upper portion of Crushers on just 33's and limited slips front and rear. It's a good thing I was completely armored underneath. I did not have to winch and I did not require any assistance in the form of a tow/snatch strap. But it was also on a very dry, dry day...

The next time I take the Crushers on, I will be locked and on 35's or taller...

I was looking at building a JK, but with out putting a huge down payment i cant get my monthly payments below $600. So Im guess now its either coilover the YJ or finish up the ZJ into a crawler

That's impressive IslandTJ, I'm just not confident enough to try that yet lol maybe once I'm all armored up ill give it a go. Need more belly clearance to that's my main concern I seem to hit the belly pan fequently.

Yup, I run a 1/4" transfer case skid from UCF; I can attest, it can take a beating .

One of these days I might armor up my YJ so far all it got is stock belly pan and Rugged Ridge fuel skid. Only did the fuel skid cause I got no rear bumper.

Lol, he told me he took you out there before. Dave can be a ba influence! He's the one that got me back into jeeps. He put the lift kit on my Ford when he was working at Robs. He just got another TJ and already did the DIY hi lines to it. He's working for Jeep West now. The shop he does the work in is up in Sandy. He's definitely one of the best fabricators around.

This will be my last run for a while. Just got a killer deal on a 78 ford Dana 60 front axle. So after this run my axles and lift kit will be for sale.

Agreed, I'd even let the wheels/ tires go for the right price.
