Just a wee bit of help for an Irish man

Adding or attaching some required equipment to my Heep for trail running during fire season such as a shovel- what is the minimum length required to have on board? Anyone Anyone ? Thanks

I haven't heard of a minimum requirement, most chose to carry the foldable camp version. I prefer more leverage so I carry this mid sized version.

1998 TJ Moss Green Sahara w/ numerous scratches & dents whose playground is on a tropical island that's 33 miles long and 4-12 miles wide, in year-round 82 degree weather

8 inch blade and 26 inches from tip of blade to handle. Don't forget the gallon of water or 2.5 pound fire extinguisher

Yep 26 Inches is the shortest you can carry.

Thanks - I always carry H20 as it is and have the fire extinguisher just need to mount it.

That is a good idea - I read somewhere that with U bolts you can mount a high lift the same way
