Sweet pics

Awesome pics! Looks like the weather held up for a nice day! I am looking to other places myself since Tillamook is closed for now.

Crews were working on it but said it was ok to run it. Saw about 30-40 rigs on Sunday. And Brandon @ 4 wheel parts was out there Saturday with other wheelers... I know there no finished with it yet but some of it is accessible for now?

Made a mistake at La Dee Flats, the trail head said "ROAD CLOSED" but I think maybe they were letting people in that weekend? Oops

Those guys off road club is in charge of making the trail there. They have asked for a few people to run the trail in a couple places to help "break it in" and identify what works and what needs to be changed. The trail is definitley NOT open and nowhere near finished, but it's coming along. I spent a weekend working up there with them and have contributed a couple hundred dollars in the trail fund. The have a Facebook page " friends of LaDee Flats" that you can check out and also help with a donation on the "we pay " website. They have been using a track hoe and dozer and we all know how much diesel costs.

If you want to help out and be a part of the first LEGAL trail in the Mt Hood forest... Hit up " those guys off road" forum and talk to John " that guy" and get the details.

I thought I posted an update, but I must be getting Alzheimer's?

Trail is open, but due to fire restrictions no OHV'S can be on the trail. Those guys off road club will be working on the trail this weekend. come check it out and meet the guys. They could use some help.

If there is confusion and one person says a trail is open and another says a trail is closed. It never hurts to find out who the land manager is and call them.

Right now we have lots of trails that would normally be open but are closed because of the dry conditions.
