Lookin for fellow Jeepers near....

Hey my names Gavin im 17, i'm a senior at Sandy Highschool and I drive a white 1988 YJ Wrangler on a 6inch under leaf suspension with a 1inch body lift on 33inch Toyo Open Countrys, I live in Sandy, Oregon and im obviously a Jeeper. I usually 4wheel with my buddies who all have Toyotas (dunno why?), and outwheelin them is great fun (cept the 90 pickup on 35s with a 5inch lift and 4.10 gears locked front and rear) but im lookin for someone around my area to Jeep with, ive been around wheeling for 2 years now and ive been wheeling myself since last June. Im a decent driver, better that most but not the best, and im lookin for some fellow Jeepers to do a little jeeping around Sandy, Gresham, Welches etc...

Sprung over is nice, Im looking at lowering my Jeep once i get my 37's under it. Also the 4.0L is alot better for the trails/rocks then the 4.2L cause of the carb. But if you TBI it its an awesome motor.

That sucks normally u joints last longer, must have bad pinion angles. I have a good stock header for a 93 4.0l if you needed it. What's up with the front brakes? It's how you wheel not how often you wheel. I've drove mine to the Rubicon, went through it and drove home. I out to tillamook forest two to four times a month. I don't do the easy trail, I am on the single to triple dimonds. And the only thing that's happend is one worn out u join, two front hub (my tires/wheels weigh 95lbs). The skinny peddle can be your friend, it can also be your worst enemy. You must learn to master the skinny peddle and know the limits of your jeep. You do that and you.can wheel your DD and be ok.

i run my daily drive and i run it pretty hard, i have drive rattle more because of lack of slip yoke and a bent tie rod, but its all about knowing your limits and going slow

yeah i usually wheel it pretty hard, and i think the brakes are from when i drenched my distributor beyond drying and had to tow it 10miles home behind my dads f-150, was a bit sketched out and used the brakes a bit much then i never had to time to correctly correct them.
