My jeeps the black rubi in the video. I have 33's, 4.10s, and a 5spd. While useable 4.56s would be much better on the road. With the rubi's 4:1 transfercase though I still find that everyone will run off from me unless I shift to 4hi after a trail section.

So do you recommend keeping the 4.11s? I don't want to spend the money if it's not going to make things better.

I did some testing yesterday on my jeep and for the highway use it will be better to re gear on 33" tires I drove from Arlington to olly and man my overdrive kicked in and out spent 75% of the time at 3200 rpm so I am fixin to re gear with my auto trans

The speed limit

Haha I do 60 90% of the time but I did 65 and would drop to 55 so I had to hit a 70mph at 3200rpm on rolling hills or going up hill on Seattle area. I'm looking for someone with a stick 6 speed that wants to do a swap for my auto. Still have to gear but hoping to find one of them day lee driver guys who want the auto more

Good luck ... It's going to be hard to find someone who will let go of their 6 speed for an auto. Maybe if it's wrecked.

To me, with my 5spd 4.56 would be perfect. But I'm not going to spend that much $$ just for a single step up.

Yea sucks spending that kinda cash for upgrade so debating. But since I'm going V8 5.7L hemi with a Dana 60 rear might aswell spend the cash to build a true unlimited rig
