There is one in Pacific City and one up out of Fort Stevens. Those are the only 2 I know. If you google North Oregon coast maps you will find some that have them marked.

Ok maybe not so easy LOL I use to have an Oregon coast map that showed all the access points. But for the life of me I have no idea where it is.
