Portland Shop recommendations?

Hey hey!

I'm a new owner of a 2006 Sport X which has had a 4" lift and 33" tires put on it. The previous owner left everything else stock - so it's sitting with what I'm assuming is 3.07 gearing and 35 rear/ 30 front axles.

I'm looking for recommendations on shops in the Portland area for having some work done in regards to either regearing the stock axles, or seeing what the cost would be to replace at least the rear with a 44, and still regearing to 4.56. (I don't plan on going to 35's)

Any highly recommended shops? I'm out of the country for the next 2 months, so my friend that sold me the Jeep would be the one dropping it off to have the work done... he said it was completely stock before he added the lift/tires and he didn't do any regear.

Thanks in advance!!

Call Jeep West, Dave is one of the best gear installers around. One of the very few who Yukon will actually warranty their gears with.

Thanks for the input about Jeep West - I sent them an email inquiring as to what I was looking to get done. Hopefully we can get something worked out so I can have the Jeep ready for when I get back stateside!
