Stolen tires

Chanel: Fox 12, in portland was just talking about a disabled man who's tires were stolen off his jeep in his driveway. Please check on this story and be on the lookout for these tires!

The replacement tires were bought by his dad, and not the same as what was stolen.

Wheel locks can be defeated with a hack saw and vice grips or even just hammering a socket on there.
