TSF closed again FYI

The decision was made earlier today that we will move to a Level 3 effective on Sunday September 14th.

This means that starting Sunday morning all OHV trails in the Tillamook State Forest (Browns Camp, Jordan Creek, Diamond Mill, and Trask) and the OHV trails in the BLM Nestucca Riding Area will be closed to riding until further notice. In the Tillamook State Forest , OHV use will be restricted to maintained gravel roads in the Browns Camp, Jordan Creek, Diamond Mill, and Trask areas.

We will send out an information e-mail update to let everyone know when the trails will re-open. I also encourage you to check our website for updates related to the closure. State of Oregon: Oregon Department of Forestry

Thank you for your help in reducing fire danger in the Tillamook State Forest by complying with all Fire Season Regulations.

Weather forecast says rain toward the end of the week. Think they will open the trails for the weekend if it does?

You can too teach an old dog new tricks.

I knew that had to be your problem. Glad you fixed it. We will have to plan another trip soon. Talk at ya later.
