TSF night run 11/19

The plan so far? Meet at the chevron gas station off exit 57 on hwy 26 at 8:15 and depart at 8:30 pm. The trails will be easy to moderate so stock rigs are welcome, I don't wan't broke jeeps in pitch darkness. We can discuss specific trails between now and then. Feel free to post trail ideas. So far I'm thinking cedar tree, hogs back, or run archers?

Night Run? It is going to be a SNOW NIGHT RUN. If the weather reports are correct and the snow level gets down to 500'-1000' on Sat, we could encounter snow and ice roads going to the coast summit.

BE PREPAIRED ! It will still be fun run

Indeed it is going to be a snow run (It's snowing Thursday, Friday and Saturday ). Dress accordingly . It helps to have a shovel, as this is the most used piece of recovery hardware I've seen on snow runs. I will most likely be airing down to 8 psi on my 33x10.5 tires for increased flotation. I highly recommend airing down on this run, as such it also is helpful to have on hand an air gauge and a means of airing back up after the run .

That sure is a nice view on a clear day at the top.
Also that last climb up in the snow can really put a rig and driver to the test.. As I'm sure you know too.

I haven't been up to the towers in the snow. I did go up 4610 near promontory and got my old jeep stuck last year. Killer view at the towers for sure.
