I plan on doing a Blue trail like (4) Powerline and a Black trail like (14) Firebreak 5. But ultimate trail selection depends on the capability of the vehicle within the group and how close they are to stock .

Weatherwise, it looks like Saturday the 10th may be a better day to wheel...

Ok, Monday's run is changed for Saturday, 11/10/12. Initial meetup will be at the North Plains Chevron at 8:30a and we will depart for the Rogers day use / staging area at 9:00a.

We should be at the staging area to air down and discuss trail selection by 9:25a.

It was a fun run . davwashere in his green JK ran with me.

We hit Powerline 1st but was stuck behind a stock Chevy truck in the 3rd section (heading westward) of Powerline. We backed out of Powerline and headed to Firebreak 5.

Firebreak 5

Looks fun. Why was the rubicon using the winch?

We continued up through FB5 but decided not to take the upper portion where the trail has tight switchbacks leading to Crushers. We headed west and ran the blue section of 7 Up. After 7 Up, we did the small off camber hill climb on Hogsback. No pics for these sections. We decided to hit Rocky Uphill as the last section of our run.

Rocky Uphill

Final shots of the top of Rocky Uphill before we headed to Lyda camp to prep for the way home.

He was running Toyo ATs and they were performing like slicks in the clay and mud.

Almost like University Firepower. A hill climb up and an off camber hill descent.

Yep, you really need an MT tire... They can be better then lockers for traction in the PNW this time of year. Good experience though, when someone actually see's this for themselves..!
I would have aired down a little more. That's a nice Rubicon
