Is this and end link and does anybody happen to have an extra bolt I can purchase from them

Take the bottom bolt off take it in to a hardware store.

Suggest you get 4 bolt/washer/nut sets in grade 8 (check Baxter's near Hayden Island) and replace all with Grade 8.

Do you have a rubi or sport/x? If its a sport/x you might as well as buy a set of quick disconnects.

It's a rubicon I had les schwab put a new bolt in for me. I plan on getting some new ones eventually any ways.
