I wish, but still looking. The stock answer seems to be Woolys or Wheelin in the Country. Never been to either yet. Woolys seems to be more on the hardcore side and entry into Wheelin is expensive at best.
Sure would love to find some nice logging roads to explore the back country but I haven't found a thing yet.
I know this is almost a month old, but figured I chime in.
I'm new to the Nashville area too. I ran up to Land Between the Lakes this weekend. About 1hr 45min on 24 north right across the KY border. $15 for a three day pass (same for one day).
I am newish to jeeping, had a couple jeeps between 16-18yo, but since then had been driving pickups. Mine is a bone stock sport with sahara tires. I had a fantastic time. There are lot of ATV folks but everyone is very well mannered on the trails and just have to be mindful to pull over and let them by. Trails are mapped out and rated yellow->orange->blue in increasing difficulty with small markers so you don't "accidentally" roam into something you can't handle. Also plenty of folks to pull you out in case you do. I drove up about noon on Saturday, wheeled for a couple hours, then was back in time for the evening college football games in Nashville by 6:30.
I may go up there again in the next few months, will let everyone know.
im from the nashville area and ive got a group formed add me of facebook (jeep Guy is my fb) and ill add you into the group
we are going wheeling this halloween off a trail near my house
