Nemo bridge and tunnel

Anybody know how to get to the nemo bridge and the underground tunnel. Went there about 2 years ago on Atvs but went in a back way and don't remember how to get to the tunnel. Would love to take my kids there

train tunnel is awesome. always fun, but watch it after a couple days of hard rains, those entrance puddles can get deep.
