In the Smokie Mountains there are a few roads that are unmaintained gravel roads that are nice. Parsons Branch Road, Rich Mountain Road and one other on the other side of the park that I cant remember the name of. They should be listed on the National Park Service's website. I know there are places in that area that rent Jeeps for riding around, you can look one up and ask them for a possible trail tip.

try Big South Fork National Park off I 75 Ky/Tn border... I've heard that they have offroad trails dedicated to 4x4 vehicles... they also should have a website to investigate further. good luck n have fun!
Either fix it or live with it, I have no tolerance for complainers!

Coal creek (windrock) is about 45 minutes from Townsend Koa. Royal blue (upper Cumberland, sundquist) is about 1:30 from Koa. Both have great jeep trails
