i am but i dont want subzero temps had enough of that,, still working on water lines on my rentals have 2 that are still frozen under ground and had multiple waterline breaks..

Still waiting.....keep getting rain in Hazard. Have had a grand total of one inch thus far this winter.

That suck BAP I love the snow but would prefer it stayed in the 20's
