last I heard it was but only to licensed/insured vehicles... been a few years tho

I've heard that only part of it is open just to street legal riding only.

Went to Livingston (cromers ridge) today. First time I'd been there since 2004/5. It was awful. Only open to licensed vehicles, and almost everything about it that made it awesome is gone. Looks like they've taken dynamite and dozers in there and flattened it, and made it all gravel roads. Pretty sure I could've taken my wife's corolla from the interstate all the way to the gravel roads end. Needless to say my JKUR was very disappointed.
