That doesnt sound too off. Could be a little cheaper. Is it worth it? Depends. Do you go mudding a lot? Deep water fjording? Constantly have a REALLY dirty interior thats a pian to clean? Then it might be worth it. Take everything out, and blast it with a hose. Never worry about carpet again. Also, if its your DD, then take note, its gonna be really chilly in the winter with no carpet insulation.
tip: if you remove your carpet and it does get cold in the winter you can pick up new left over house carpet at your local floor covering store for free and cut it to fit in your jeep, helps alot--thats what i do,,,and when it gets dirty or in my case muddy i just replace it....and you can go with alot of different color choices..
650 sounds like way to much is that haveing someone else do it ??
Second the herculiner and a weekend. If u need mre than two rollers go ahead and order them. Regular foam rollers not as good. Also, DO NOT get the Duplicolor rollers. Not good for Herculiner, I don't care what anybody (O'Reilly Auto Parts) says!
I Herculined my jeep too. I pulled all the seats and prepared everything Friday and used a brush to apply on Saturday. There's a bunch of you tube videos on how to install diy bed liner. I must've watched them all. It was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Just research it so you know what your in for. I used the attachment for a drill to stir it too and repeated as needed. The heater works good enough so I was not worried about the winter. Any other questions let me know. Here's a few before and after pics. Also check herculiners website they have a lot of info and are quick to answer questions. Good luck!
