Hey Y'all I'm Bob from Burlington and I just picked up my first Jeep. I can't wait to take her off road and meet up with some people who love the outdoors and hopefully can show me a thing or two.
Hey yall. New to the forums, and picked up my first jeep recently. 90yj 2.5. It's my work in progress. Want to build a krawler=money pit, so for the next 12-24 months, it will be my project jeep. Just curious, anyone have or know someone thats running a 2.5 w/soa on 33's. Just curious what the mpg ends up being like. Future plan is 5.0l swap, until then I wanna play around from time to time, but think 31's on a soa might look too small.
Hello! Chris here. I am a father of 5, yes I said 5! I am on my 3rd Wrangler and have had one cherokee. I primarily have been hitting little trails around my hometown recently since I got my 97 TJ. It has a 2" spacer lift for now and will be upgraded by March of next year. I have a HP dana 30 in the front, frameless Rampage top, little upgrades here and there (bumpers, driving lights, etc.). I have been to Slade, KY on 4 wheelers and it is awesome there. Just got the front end replaced on the Jeep and I am foaming at the mouth to get it up there in a few weeks if anyone is interested.
Former military (2 different branches) and currently work as a Systems Engineer during the weekdays, and by night I either work at O'Reilly's Auto Parts or I am in class (In school full time). I am 34, and myself and my family loves to get out in the open, camping, fishing, or whatever else there is.
Hi I'm Jack I am based in the Ft Knox/ Radcliffe area but I do alot of traveling. I am currently in possession of a stock JK but like Johnny Cash I'll fix it one piece at a time. I am looking to get a new set of bumpers as soon as my jeep fund gets full enough.
Bills is fun, and not far from my house!! But there's another place in Owen county called horseshoe bend motor sports park, it looks pretty cool, but I wanted to know if any of y'all have been there.
Hello all, I'm Don from Independence.
I just got my new '13 three weeks ago, 800 miles on it. I guess my first mod/upgrade will be a new tailgait because I just slid backwards in the mud and smacked into a tree, tree hit spare, spare smashed in gate.
I would love to go, but I am trying to get about 3 vehicles ready for Fall Crawl at the end of this month down in Harlan at Black Mountain! Sounds like a blast though. Post pics when you get back. Let me know the next time you go with a little warning and I am in!
Aaron and wife. Reporting to Ft Campbell in Feb.

Dirty Turtle in Bedford, KY is awesome. I didn't like Big Rock up near Maysville very much. Turkey Bay on KY Lake is my favorite. I also like Wooly's in Tennessee.

Owner personally insulted all people of my profession, and when I called him out on it he didn't retract his comments
Place is nothing but a farm that they opened up to Jeeps
Trails are not cleared out well so you will damage your paint
Every trail looks exactly the same
We just didn't have much fun there at all. I could drive around in the field behind my neighborhood, have the same experience, and save the drive and entry fee.
Dirty Turtle is awesome, Black Mountain is spectacular, Badlands, Wooly's, LBL, etc. etc... all these places have variety, trail markings, great scenery, plenty to do, and the feeling that you're in nature.
I think Dirty Turtle sucks and Big Rock kick ass!!! I can't wait to get back to Big Rock.
