No response regarding 5/60 warranty

I have not received a response regarding the 5/60 warranty program on my 2.5 JSpec kit. I have applied twice, once in April and again in June both times submitting all the required info.

I never heard anything back. I messaged you on Facebook and was given a number at your office to call...and no call back. I messaged you here and no response. What gives?

Hi Ted,
I have been working on the situation here internally. Just waiting on some further information to verify the warranty.

We do not offer a warranty and not honor it, as I simply would not work for a company that played a game like that.

Final update: Justin got this moving and was very responsive. Everything handled and good to go.
