Angry 1989 wrangler 4cyl multiple problems

EEEk, before my brother borrowed it! 5speed standard
was running and driving, but i had to constantly add brake fluid? master on firewall just in front of steering wheel..?!
my bro reved it up & dumped the clutch..now...EXTREMELY loud CLICK CLICK clicks at same rate as engine rpms or very close? clutch in there is no click click click..clutch out she goes....but lloouudd click etc..
Im told, broken input...."shaft", "gear"? or? im told, replace tranni will all be ok! except the brake? thing/situation..
who's got me?
