Place to trail ride

Looking for somewhere other than the spillway. Does anyone know of somewhere to do some trail riding close to south Louisiana? I see red creek park in Gulfport but do not see any trails on their site.

if anybody is looking for a place to go mud riding in the south my buddy is hosting a car show/ mud show. it will be April 26th in kiln Mississippi at Texas flat off road. there's an asphalt parking lot for show cars an trucks an lots of mud pits, sand bars and trails to ride on, there is a river that borders the property. feel free to bring your atv, side by side, mud truck or jeep out here! here is a link to the event on Facebook

My girlfriend's dad mentioned that there used to be trails off the whiskey bay exit over the basin. Don't know if they're still there or not. I've been kind of curious but haven't checked it out.

If you're heading to Lafayette on I-10, it's about halfway between Baton Rouge and Laffyette. There's dirt roads after you get off. He said he wasn't sure if the trails were still there though. One of these days ill check it out.
