Off Road Vehicle park....its basically a huge plot of land designed for offroading....cost around 30 bucks for a day of wheeling and is a great time to get to know your jeep and what it is capable of.

This is so sad. Arkansas is supposed to be the natural state?

I live up in Fayetteville. I may be interested in going on a group event at some point. Would need plenty of heads up so I could work around work/school/military stuff.

Everytime I pass a Jeep on the road I wanna run them down and tell them to get on here. The really sad part is there are a couple of people at work that have some pretty sharp Jeeps and they know NOTHING about them.

Heber springs here. I have a 92 yj and have stripped it down to the frame (sand blasted) and ready to prime and paint. Will be putting in a 4.3 L v6, ax 15 transmission and a whole lot of other stuff, my problem is that I am doing most of the work myself and I have never worked on any vehicle prior to this...Should I be on drugs???

I think that all of are either on drugs or a little insane but it's all good. Any reason why you are going with a V6 instead of a V8?

I think I have changed my mind and will be installing a chevy v8 aluminum vortec. The jeep is in my barn waiting for my March bonus to get here...lol

I am about halfway panicked that I won't be able to put this thing back together again in the spring. I just ordered a turn signal lever, antenna and some windshield wipers (hit the 75 minimum for free shipping) from JC Whitney...well the wipers are the wrong size and they sent me the wrong switch and no antenna. It will be awhile before I order from JC again...

Yeah I don't think I would order from them again if I was you... Good luck with the V8 swap man. I'm sure you'll be able to put it back together just take your time and do it right so you don't have to redo anything

It's official I'm moving to neo as we speak I drove the jeep for a mini vacation last week and decided now was the time to move back. So I'll just have to leave my baby (jeep) here as I fly back to Cali and pack the rest of my stuff and drive back. I'm looking forward to hitting some of the Trails up as soon as I can get settled in.

A great club in Arkansas is the Arkansas Crawlers

Our club also has members that span a good chunk of the mid-south.
MidSouth Jeeps

Both have large memberships and frequent rides and events.

Happy Trails!
