They were in stock. Not sure when they'll get here. For anyone interested they were $484. I couldn't pass that up.

Then all that extra weight of the bumper and spare tire would cause the rear end to sag so you need to order new springs to get the ride height back up, but now those shocks you have won't work which would require new longer shocks. Due to the Jeep now having an extra 4" of lift you then need a SYE and driveshaft to get rid of the vibes. But that will also require you to get new adjustable control arms. Due to the fact of those larger tires you now feel the need for more horsepower so a V8 swap is next. All of the metioned items will also mean you have to find one of these (and when you do, please share the location with the rest of us).
All in good time my friend.

Lol sorry! I've been preoccupied. I dropped Lucy off for her new tranny Sunday and we found out Sunday afternoon David's uncle passed away due to a massive heart attack. It's been hectic. But I promise I'm not going anywhere.

Hey John, quick question....did you have to add bumpstops to limit your upward travel when disco'd to avoid the tops of the tires rubbing against the fender flares? if so, was wandering that you used.

thanks

I mentioned to everyone that David had offered up his friend's land. I think that would be a great idea.

Also, for our next adult beverage night, I'm thinking Cajun's and some crawfish on the back deck.

Ya I'll have him call his friend. And let's go ahead and set a sate for the next adult bev. Night. April 20th or 21st at Cajuns. Same time?

I was thinking of you Blu when I suggested crawfish.

Also, some friends of mine have an annual crawfish cookout. This is year #9 on April 28th. It's a huge blowout and a lot of fun. I don't know how limited they are as to how many extras I can invite, but I'll find out.

Never been to Cajuns and never had crawfish.. Im up for trying it out!

By the way y'all: I'm starting to powder coat, Pretty soon I'll be doing it part time to go along with my business. I need a few practice pieces to start and learn on. Aluminum, steel, any metal.. As soon as I get an oven I'll be ready to start coating. Jeep parts look awesome powder coated.

Nice! Nothing that needs powder coating at the moment, but I'll keep it in mind.

Now, as for your never having had crawfish....WTF?! We need to remedy that ASAP.
