When the key is in the on postion I have no power to anything the abs light is dim but flashes and you can hear sensors/relays clicking. The horn won't blow at all. But if I remove the battery and reconnect it everything works until I try and start it

PCM (or is it ECM, ECU, can't recall) maybe? I seem to recall issues where disconnecting and reconnecting the battery resolved the issue as this process reset the PCM. Since your's "kinda" works after a reconnect, that could be part of the prob.

I'm probably not even close, just brainstorming.....

News on Lucy. I won't have her back til mid week. 3 of the 4 clutches in my tranny were completely fubar! And the 4th was ate the hell and back. Also he had to order a brand new main input shaft. So I guess I screwed up pretty good this time!

I haven't been disconnecting. Haven't really been on a trail I needed to. The Zone lift I have is 3" and it came with 2" bumpstops

Haha turns out it was as simple as a shorted battery but when I tried returning it they want to argue with me about it and refuse to take it back

Ah, gotcha. Just trying to shop around for some longer coil stops I can use in the existing location without having to mod anything.

Don't know what length I need yet, but just trying to figure out where to get them.

thanks

My guess wouldve been Battery or ECM. Glad you nailed it, now on to the other "things"

I put the RC 3.25" lift on mine and they said it didn't require bump stops, but I put 2" stops on the rear just for S&G's..

It aint over till the fat lady sings!

She said as long as we get a new oven I can have that one! And thanks to David (Jens BF) I will have a custom powdercoat oven before long, he is selling his equipment to an aspiring powder coat genius!

So whats the next meeting? The camping deal on Jen and Davids friends land!?

I think that's the plan Justin. Lucy should be ready next week.

Jen, can David get with his buddy to clear a day for us on the land?

I'll be wrenching in the garage Sunday for whoever wants to hang. Can't promise much entertainment but that depends on how well the install goes.

Plus I HAVE to work on the jet ski.
