Hey guys! Checkin in from Laceys Spring but I work and do everything in Huntsville seeing that I live at the bottom of the mountain..
Anyways.. I did the whole I'm new thread and checked in but for those of you who just check by profile you can check out my origins from a 2007 Toyota Tacoma that used to be my Off-road / Daily driver and well it got old having to fix things before work! So now I'm a TJ owner! I'm sure most of you HSV guys have seen my truck around cause it's kinda hard to miss if y'all are anything like me and look at just about everything lifted!
Here's my Jeep with my lady driving it after we got it all cleaned up after the last Stoney Lonesome ride we did..
After Stoney Lonesome
Here is my buddy's XJ
Also sending out an invitation to anyone who wants to join us! I am also a part of a Tacoma forum and some of the Tacoma guys were wanting to get a ride together so we have a pretty good ride planned for this Saturday Cinco de Mayo if y'all want to join.. if so post up and let me know if you are going.. Right now their are about 8 of us going at the moment.. Me and the XJ and a couple of 4R's and FJ's, maybe 1 or 2 Taco's, then maybe another TJ or 2... We are meeting at the McDonald's at 9:00am @ exit 299 off I65 and rolling out at 9:30am to go to Stoney. I'd love for some more Wranglers to join us and really make this a BIG ride!
For those wondering.... This is my Daily Driver Taco..
Hoover checkin' in. Just got an 06 LJ last month totally stock. Headed to Afghanistan in Aug. Mods begin when I get back!
Good luck over there hopfully our unit dosent head over anytime time soon cause I'm mod... My jeep right now lol but if my country calls I will be honored as usual to go. Another tour wouldn't hurt I guess lol.
New to the forum and my 1st Wrangler (have had 3 Cherokees) will be delivered this Tuesday. I'm in the Birmingham area right outside of Hoover (Valleydale Road). I found a project Jeep that I'll be working on. Looking forward to getting it on, and off, the roads soon. It's a white (for now) 98 TJ.
I'll probable start posting daily since I'm sure I'm going to have a lot of questions when I begin the restoration.
